Important Notice: Fee Waiver Scheme for Students from Drought-Affected Areas at New Arts College, Ahmednagar (Oct/Nov 2026 Exams)
New Arts, Commerce and Science College, Ahmednagar (Empowered Autonomous College) has released a vital announcement regarding examination fee waivers and refunds. Following the Government of Maharashtra’s relief and rehabilitation directives, the college is providing financial assistance to students residing in officially designated drought-affected areas for the upcoming October/November 2026 examination cycle.
According to the official circular issued by the Examination Department, application forms for this fee waiver/refund process are now available at Window No. 01 in the Examination Section.
Category A: Students Who Have Already Paid the Exam Fee (Refund Process)
Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) students who have already submitted their exam forms and paid their fees for the October/November 2026 session can claim a refund. To apply, submit the following documents to the Examination Department:
- 1. Exam fee waiver/refund application form
- 2. Receipt of the paid examination fee
- 3. Domicile/Residence certificate from the Village Revenue Officer (Kamgar Talathi)
- 4. Income certificate
- 5. Affidavit/Declaration (as per Government Resolution guidelines)
- 6. Photocopy of the first page of your bank passbook
Category B: Students Submitting Exam Forms with Fee Waivers
UG and PG students who are yet to submit their examination forms for the October/November 2026 term can apply directly for the fee waiver. As per the urgent handwritten update on the circular, these forms must be submitted by the absolute deadline of 31/10/2026. No forms will be accepted after this date.
Required documents to be attached with the exam form:
- 1. Examination form attested by the respective Head of Department (HOD)
- 2. Exam fee challan
- 3. Exam fee waiver/refund application form
- 4. Domicile/Residence certificate from the Village Revenue Officer (Kamgar Talathi)
- 5. Income certificate
- 6. Affidavit/Declaration (as per Government Resolution guidelines)

To ensure an organized submission process, the college has designated separate counters based on gender:
