Urgent Update: Online Exam Form Filling Schedule Announced for Oct/Nov 2026 Session (New Arts College, Ahmednagar)
The Examination Department of New Arts, Commerce and Science College, Ahmednagar (Autonomous) has issued Important Notice No. 01 regarding the mandatory submission of examination forms for the upcoming October/November 2026 semester exams.
The online form filling link has been officially activated on the college portal: New Arts College Student Campus Portal. Students under the NEP 2.0 (2023 Pattern) must complete this process within the stipulated deadlines, as the university will not accommodate extensions under any circumstances.

Mandatory Document Checklist for Verification
When turning in your printed copy, you must arrange your documentation in the following order:
- Previous Grade Sheet: A Xerox copy of your last year/semester’s marksheet.
- HOD Approval: Verification signature and seal from your specific Head of Department on the printed exam form.
- Fee Payment Receipt: Printout of the online or offline paid exam fee challan copy.
- Drought Relief Claim (If Applicable): Students applying under the regional drought-affected concession category must attach all valid government-approved supporting certificates.
Form Verification Office Hours
Students must submit their physically verified printouts to their respective departments during the regular working schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 am to 03:00 pm
- Saturday: 10:00 am to 01:30 pm
Note: Failure to deposit the physical form along with your fee challan to the department will result in immediate disqualification from taking the upcoming Oct/Nov 2026 session examinations.
